Ordering and Equipment Selection

7 questions
01How do I place an order?

Select the equipment you need, add it to your cart and complete the checkout process. For complex applications, high-value orders or equipment requiring special freight arrangements, contact our team before ordering.

02Can GT Machinery Solutions help me identify the right equipment?

Yes. Provide details about your material, dimensions, thickness, required capacity, production volume, available power and intended application. Our team will help you evaluate suitable options.

Final equipment selection remains the purchaser’s responsibility. Specifications should always be confirmed before ordering.

03What information should I provide when requesting assistance?

Include as much of the following information as possible:

  • Material type
  • Minimum and maximum material dimensions
  • Material thickness or gauge
  • Required capacity
  • Expected production volume
  • Available electrical service
  • Available floor space
  • Loading and unloading capabilities
  • Delivery ZIP code
  • Required delivery date
04Are website specifications guaranteed?

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, but specifications, images, availability and manufacturer information can change.

Always confirm critical requirements with GT Machinery Solutions before purchasing, particularly capacity, dimensions, weight, voltage, phase, tooling and installation requirements.

05Does submitting an order guarantee acceptance?

No. An automated confirmation means that we received your order. Final acceptance may depend on payment authorization, availability, freight requirements and verification of the order information.

If we cannot accept the order, we will contact you and refund any applicable payment.

06Can I request a formal quote?

Yes. Contact us with the equipment name, model, quantity, delivery ZIP code and company information. Include any special delivery or purchasing requirements.

07Can I order on behalf of a business or government organization?

Business, institutional and government customers may contact our team to discuss documentation, purchasing requirements and order processing.

Any special payment or purchasing arrangement must be approved in writing before the order is submitted.

Pricing and Payment

9 questions
01What payment methods do you accept?

GT Machinery Solutions accepts PayPal and eligible debit or credit cards processed through PayPal.

Customers may sign in to a PayPal account or use the card-payment option presented by PayPal during checkout. Card checkout without a PayPal account may not be available for every customer or transaction.

02Do I need a PayPal account to order?

Not always. PayPal may provide a Guest Checkout option that allows eligible customers to pay with a debit or credit card without signing in to a PayPal account.

PayPal determines whether this option is available based on the customer’s location, transaction and security requirements.

03Does GT Machinery Solutions receive my complete card information?

Payment-card information is processed through PayPal’s payment system. GT Machinery Solutions receives the transaction details needed to verify and manage the order.

Never send your complete card number, security code or PayPal password to GT Machinery Solutions by email.

04Why was my PayPal or card payment declined?

Payments may be declined because of incorrect billing information, card restrictions, insufficient funds or PayPal security checks.

Review the information entered during checkout. If the payment continues to be declined, contact PayPal or your card issuer.

05Is checkout secure?

Checkout pages use an encrypted HTTPS connection. Payment transactions are processed through the payment service displayed during checkout.

GT Machinery Solutions will never ask you to send a complete credit card number, card security code, account password or one-time verification code by regular email.

06When will my payment be charged?

Payment authorization and capture timing may depend on the payment method and order requirements. Certain orders may require verification before being released for fulfillment.

07Why does my order require additional verification?

High-value orders, address differences or unusual payment activity may require identity, billing or business verification. These reviews help protect customers and GT Machinery Solutions from unauthorized transactions.

08Are taxes included in the listed price?

Applicable taxes will be determined using the order and delivery information provided during checkout.

If your organization qualifies for a tax exemption, contact GT Machinery Solutions before ordering. A valid exemption certificate must be reviewed and accepted before tax-exempt treatment can be applied.

09Can pricing or availability change?

Yes. Industrial equipment pricing and availability can change because of manufacturer updates, supply conditions, freight requirements or website errors.

If an order is affected by a material error, GT Machinery Solutions will contact you before proceeding.

03 / FAQ

Shipping and Delivery

11 questions
01How long does shipping take?

Freight transportation normally takes an estimated 7–14 business days after carrier pickup.

Order processing, payment verification, manufacturer lead time and equipment preparation occur before carrier pickup and are not included in the 7–14-business-day transportation estimate.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

02Which carrier handles GT Machinery Solutions shipments?

GT Machinery Solutions works with Logistica Cargonam and may use other transportation providers when required by the shipment, destination or equipment type.

03How is industrial equipment shipped?

Depending on size, weight and destination, equipment may ship by:

  • Less-than-truckload freight
  • Full truckload
  • Flatbed
  • Specialized or oversized freight
  • Standard parcel service for smaller eligible items

The appropriate transportation method is determined for each shipment.

04How are shipping charges calculated?

Freight charges depend on equipment dimensions, weight, freight class, delivery ZIP code and required services.

Additional charges may apply for liftgate service, limited-access locations, residential delivery, inside delivery, appointments, re-delivery, storage or address changes.

Any additional charge requiring customer approval should be communicated before it is applied.

05Do you ship to residential addresses?

Some equipment may be delivered to a residential address, but additional charges and restrictions may apply.

Customers must confirm that the location can safely accommodate the delivery vehicle and that appropriate unloading equipment is available.

06Do I need a forklift or loading dock?

Many industrial equipment deliveries require a forklift, loading dock, crane or other suitable unloading equipment.

The customer is responsible for confirming unloading requirements and arranging appropriate equipment and personnel before delivery.

Carrier drivers are not automatically responsible for unloading or moving equipment inside a facility.

07Will the carrier schedule a delivery appointment?

Many freight shipments require an appointment. The carrier may contact the phone number provided with the order to arrange a delivery window.

Delivery appointments are estimates and may be affected by routing, traffic, weather or other carrier conditions.

08Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Contact GT Machinery Solutions immediately if an address change is needed.

Changes may not be possible after the order has shipped. Carrier re-routing, re-delivery or storage charges caused by an address change may be charged to the customer.

09How do I track my order?

Visit the Track Order page and enter your order number and billing email.

When available, your shipping confirmation will include the carrier name, tracking reference, bill of lading number or shipment-status link.

10What should I do when the equipment arrives?

Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

Check for:

  • Torn or missing packaging
  • Dents, scratches or impact damage
  • Broken bands or wrapping
  • Missing crates, pallets or components
  • Signs that the equipment shifted during transportation

Write all visible damage or shortages clearly on the carrier’s delivery receipt and take photographs before the shipment is unloaded.

11What if the shipment is damaged?

Document visible damage on the delivery receipt, photograph the shipment and contact GT Machinery Solutions immediately.

For concealed damage discovered after unpacking, stop installation and preserve all packaging, photographs and freight documents. Report the issue as quickly as possible under the Shipping and Return policies.

04 / FAQ

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

6 questions
01Can I return an order?

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Prior written authorization is required.

Returned equipment generally must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging. Review the complete Return Policy before sending anything back.

02Is there a restocking fee?

Approved buyer-remorse returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original freight charges and return transportation costs may also be nonrefundable.

03Who pays return freight?

For buyer-remorse returns, the customer is generally responsible for return freight and suitable shipping insurance.

If GT Machinery Solutions confirms that the shipment was incorrect, defective or damaged because of a fulfillment error, responsibility will be determined as part of the claim review.

04Are some orders non-returnable?

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Custom or configured equipment
  • Special-order equipment
  • Installed or used equipment
  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise
  • Opened electrical components
  • Activated software
  • Consumables
  • Items missing original packaging or documentation

Any applicable restriction should be disclosed before purchase whenever possible.

05Can I cancel an order before it ships?

Contact GT Machinery Solutions immediately.

Cancellation may be possible before an order is released for fulfillment. Supplier, processing, payment or cancellation charges already incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Orders that have entered production, been specially configured or been released to a carrier may not be cancelable.

06How long does a refund take?

After an authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds are generally initiated within seven business days.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time before the refund appears in the customer’s account.

05 / FAQ

Installation, Warranty and Support

5 questions
01Does GT Machinery Solutions install equipment?

Installation is not automatically included unless expressly stated in the order documentation.

Customers are responsible for confirming unloading, foundation, electrical, ventilation, guarding, commissioning and training requirements before delivery.

02Who should install industrial equipment?

Installation should be performed by qualified personnel familiar with the equipment and applicable electrical, building and workplace-safety requirements.

Always follow the manufacturer’s manual and safety instructions.

03Is equipment covered by a warranty?

Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer and equipment. Review the applicable written warranty for its duration, covered components, exclusions and claim procedure.

Contact GT Machinery Solutions with your order number, serial number, photographs and a clear description of the problem if warranty assistance is needed.

04Does GT Machinery Solutions provide replacement parts or technical assistance?

Availability depends on the manufacturer and equipment. Contact our team with the model, serial number and required component or technical question.

05Can equipment be operated immediately after delivery?

Not necessarily. Equipment may require inspection, assembly, anchoring, lubrication, electrical connection, calibration, guarding or commissioning before operation.

Do not operate equipment until installation is complete and qualified personnel have confirmed that it is ready for safe use.
