These Terms of Service govern your use of gtmachineryinc.pro and purchases made from GT Machinery Solutions Inc.

By using this website, creating an account or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

Eligibility and Account Information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful commercial and personal purchasing purposes. You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Introduce malicious code
• Interfere with website operation
• Scrape or reproduce protected content without permission
• Submit fraudulent orders or payment information
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Use the website in violation of applicable law

Product and Website Information

GT Machinery Solutions makes reasonable efforts to present accurate information. Images, specifications, dimensions, colors, prices, availability and compatibility information may nevertheless contain errors or change without notice.

Website information does not replace manufacturer documentation, engineering review, safety instructions or a facility-specific assessment.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

GT Machinery Solutions may accept, reject, place on hold or cancel an order because of:

• Payment-verification issues
• Suspected fraud
• Pricing or website errors
• Equipment unavailability
• Shipping restrictions
• Incomplete customer information
• Compliance or safety concerns
• Events beyond reasonable control

If GT Machinery Solutions cancels an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

Pricing, Taxes and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for applicable sales, use, import, customs or similar taxes unless a valid exemption has been accepted before the transaction.

Payment

GT Machinery Solutions accepts payments through PayPal. Eligible customers may pay using a PayPal account or a debit or credit card processed through PayPal.

Payment options are presented during checkout and may vary according to customer location, PayPal eligibility requirements and transaction-security checks.

Orders are not released until payment has been successfully authorized. PayPal or the applicable card issuer may decline, delay or review a transaction. GT Machinery Solutions does not control PayPal’s authorization decisions.

Approved refunds will be submitted through PayPal to the original payment method. PayPal, the customer’s bank or the card issuer may require additional processing time before refunded funds become available.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is governed by the GT Machinery Solutions Shipping Policy and any order-specific freight documents.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees. The normal transportation estimate is 7–14 business days after carrier pickup. Order processing, manufacturer lead time and preparation may occur before that transportation period begins.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, suitable access, appropriate unloading equipment and an authorized person to inspect and sign for freight.

Inspection and Freight Damage

The customer should inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

Visible shortage or damage should be written clearly on the carrier’s delivery document. Photographs and supporting documentation should be collected immediately. Signing without noting visible damage may affect the ability to pursue a freight claim.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by the published Return Policy.

A return requires prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Special-order, configured, installed, used, clearance and final-sale items may be non-returnable as described in that policy.

Installation and Safe Use

Industrial equipment may require professional unloading, installation, electrical work, setup, guarding, training and maintenance.

The purchaser is responsible for following manufacturer instructions and applicable workplace, electrical, building and safety requirements. Equipment must be operated only by qualified and trained personnel.

Warranties

Products may be covered by a manufacturer’s written warranty. Warranty coverage, exclusions and procedures are determined by the applicable warranty documentation.

Except for an express written warranty provided by GT Machinery Solutions, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

GT Machinery Solutions disclaims implied warranties to the extent legally permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GT Machinery Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including lost production, lost revenue, lost profits or business interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded, GT Machinery Solutions’s aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid to GT Machinery Solutions for the item directly giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Third-Party Services

Payment providers, freight carriers, manufacturers and linked websites operate independently. Their services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

GT Machinery Solutions is not responsible for third-party websites or services except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Events Beyond Reasonable Control

GT Machinery Solutions will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, labor interruption, supply shortage, government action, transportation congestion, natural disaster or system outage.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings relating to these Terms or an order shall be brought in an appropriate state or federal court serving Polk County, Florida.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Changes

GT Machinery Solutions may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.
