Processing
We received your order and are confirming payment, availability and fulfillment requirements.
Preparing for Shipment
Your equipment is being prepared, documented or scheduled for carrier pickup.
Shipped / In Transit
The carrier has received the shipment. Freight transportation normally takes an estimated 7–14 business days after pickup.
Delivery Appointment Required
The carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number on your order is correct.
Delivered
The carrier has recorded the shipment as delivered. Inspect equipment and retain the delivery documents.
Freight Tracking
Industrial machinery may ship by LTL, full truckload, flatbed or specialized freight. Some shipments will not display the same scan-by-scan updates provided by parcel carriers.
When available, your shipment email or account page will include the carrier name, tracking reference, bill of lading number or shipment-status link.
GT Machinery Solutions works with Logistica Cargonam and may use other qualified transportation providers when required by the shipment.
