Description

Marvel Amada PA22MPC 230V Three Phase Heavy-Duty Automatic Horizontal Post-Style Metal Cutting Bandsaw HFA560P is a Marvel product in the Band Saws collection.

Product Details

  • Square Cutting Capacity: 22.4” x 22”
  • Blade Speed: 78-310 ft/min
  • Speed Range: 60-300 fpm (infinitely variable)
  • High-Capacity Hold Downs Included
  • Features
  • Blade Tension: hydraulically controlled tension provides consistent square cutting accuracy. The motion detector will shut the machine off should a blade break or stall
  • Speed Range: infinitely variable through a frequency inverter drive and heavy-duty worm gear transmission. The broad speed range allows for optimum cutting of a large spectrum of materials. Read out at the operator’s touch screen assures accurate speed setting
  • Feed Force: Hydraulic feed pressure – infinitely variable. Feed rate and pressure can be controlled independently for fast, accurate cutting. Setup is made easy through the color-coded dial allowing the operator to select the best setting for the type of material being cut
  • Hydraulic Bar Feed: multi-cycle feature provides for automatic cutting of pieces from 0”-999”
  • MPC Programmable Control: conveniently located on the operator’s control panel, this touch screen control allows the operator to program and store up to 100 jobs. Inputs include Part Length from 0 to 999” (25m) (in inches up to 3 decimal places) and Number of Pieces to be cut. The Automatic Piece Counter stops each job when the pre-set number of cuts have been made. The control provides the option of running up to 20 parts in one job consecutively
  • Out-of-Stock Switch: the machine will shut off automatically when material is no longer present in the rear vise jaws
  • Blade Guides: hydraulically controlled solid carbide guides are actuated when the machine’s hydraulic system is started to ensure rigid clamping for accurate cuts. Cast iron guide arms are manually positioned
  • Automatic Chip Conveyor: electric drive auger-type automatic chip conveyor is a standard feature
  • Chip Brush: powered from the main drive shaft of the saw, the brush changes speed along with the blade to assure that chips are being removed from each gullet of the blade, improving cutting performance and blade life
  • Fast Approach: Work height is automatically set allowing the head to raise just enough to clear the workpiece while reducing cycle time and improving cutting performance
  • Vice Jaws: front vise jaws are split to hold material on both sides of the blade, reducing remnants to as little as 6.5"
  • Variable Vice Pressure: hydraulic clamping pressure to the work holding jaws can be adjusted as required to hold solid or thin wall material, allowing the piece to be held securely and without distortion
  • Out of Square Detector: the Out of Square Detector monitors the squareness of each cut to a pre-set value. If the pre-set value is exceeded, then the Out of Square Detector is activated and shuts down the saw
  • Work Light: standard feature, mounted directly over the work area
  • Blades: 20 SVGLB, 21’8” long x 2” wide, ¾ tooth pitch blades ship standard with every new saw purchase included in net price

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timeline & delivery

Clear handling and delivery estimates for every order.

Standard delivery is included to eligible commercial addresses in the contiguous United States and District of Columbia. We review the destination and receiving requirements before release, then confirm the applicable handling and transit schedule.

  1. 01
    Order review

After checkout, we confirm product availability, destination type, site access and required carrier service before release.

  2. 02
    Handling and dispatch

In-stock, ready-to-ship ground products generally leave within 1 business day. Manufacturer-prepared, configured or special-order machines may require additional lead time.

  3. 03
    Estimated transit

Ground orders commonly arrive 5–7 business days after shipment. Equipment over 100 lb normally travels by LTL in about 7–10 business days after shipment.

  4. 04
    Inspect on delivery

Check every piece before signing. Record visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt, take photos and contact us promptly.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Manufacturer lead time, product preparation, configured or special-order equipment, weather, carrier capacity, remote destinations and appointment scheduling may add time. GT Machinery Solutions will communicate a material delay and the best available revised estimate.
