  • Carell’s 305HV roll bending machines are available with 6 way multi-axis adjustable lateral guides, powered rotation of all three bending rolls and independent hydraulic adjustment of the lower rolls for double pre-bending. A roll bender with hydraulic adjustment of both lateral bending rolls, powered rotation of all 3 rolls and lateral guides fully adjustable in all three planes. This versatile unit is ideal for rolling standard/special sections plus tube & pipe in a variety of material types. The 305HV Series Universal Telescoping Rolls are designed for bending profile, flat bar (on flat and on edge), square bar, tees, channel as well as round bar, square & rectangular tube sections, angles leg-in, leg-out and can be set up to operate in horizontal or vertical position adding further value to your production.

  • Hydraulic power unit integral to the machine frame, well ventilated and protected from overload by maximum pressure relief valves and thermal pump motor switchgear with reset control. Solenoid valve bank situated for easy access, coils equipped with LED illumination indicating its activation
  • Multi axis, 6 way, fully adjustable lateral guides, optionally powered in movements (axial thrust and linear up/down movements) for bending angle iron leg-in and leg-out. Positions readable on graduated scales for precise repeat positioning. Cam follower rollers are easily removable when not use for angle rolling
  • Universal bending rolls with modular components, hardened and wear resistant. Use of components in various configurations permits bending or most all-standard section types including angle iron leg-in and leg-out. Main components, telescoping, allow swift throat width changes for maximizing production. Shaft single keyed for easy tooling changeover
  • Forced lubrication and self-purging seals provides full security in the worst possible working conditions
  • Satellite mobile control desk equipped with pushbuttons for all roll positions, dual LED digital readouts to monitor bending roll positions, dual foot pedals for left/right rotation, key lock out switch, power on, hydraulic unit on and other controls for maximum operator safety.
