- Carell’s MRM-S series model 1550×150 unit is a 5’ x 3/16”, 3 roll, single initial pinch plate bending machine with powered adjustment of lateral bending roll and powered rotation of upper and lower pinch rolls using high efficiency motor/reduction units.

- Both upper roll and central pinch rolls driven by electric motor and oil bath speed reducer through NiCrMo solid stock gears
- Base in steel, electro-welded and stress relieved
- Lateral roll, idle, and moving on roller bearings
- Pinch roll pinch pressure adjustable by precision worm gear movement with single manual hand wheel crank
- Front quick release top roll with rotation lock out safety switch
- Lateral roll movement up/down powered via electric motor and heavy duty worm gear drive for precise positioning and maximum power
