- Description
- Midaco’s M740VOS Industrial CNC Vacuum is engineered to remove oil, liquids and metal chips from machine tools and is built with a flow inversion system that allows quick reintegration of all lubricant/coolant back into the machine. The vacuum is generated by three single phase motors ensuring excellent vacuum speed. There is a quick-connection micro-perforated carbon steel basket which separates solids from liquids for efficient filtration of metal chips. An electric level sensor automatically stops the vacuum upon reaching maximum capacity. The M740VOS is equipped with a 260 liter/min pump for emptying the filtered liquids.
- The vacuum generated by a head with 3 single-phase bypass motors. Material is suctioned from above and falls into the sieve where the micro-perforated carbon steel basket separates solids from the liquid. The liquid is drawn into the 74 gallon (280L) container and the filter stop oily steam generated in the vacuum. A level sensor automatically stops the vacuum upon reaching maximum capacity. The immersion pump ensures continuous emptying of liquids. This liquid is discharged through a rubber tube and a manually adjusted valve and the level sensor on the pump automatically stops drainage upon minimum liquid level.
